Our high-energy Group Training Classes are designed to burn fat, build strength, and fit into your busy life.

We combine Metabolic Cardio (with kickboxing) and Metabolic Strength Training to help you get lean, strong, and confident—fast.

With multiple class times throughout the day, you’ll always find a session that works for your schedule. And with unlimited access, you can train as often as you want.

Class Schedule:
🟢 Monday–Thursday: 5am, 6am, 8:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
🟢 Friday: 5am, 6am, 8:30am
🟢 Saturday: 7am & 8am
